Frail Elder Waiver: The Frail Elder Waiver is a Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver, Which is designed to support frail elders aged 60 and older who meet the care level for a nursing facility but prefer to stay in the community.

SHINE Counselor: SHINE counselors (Service the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) provide free health insurance information and assistance to Medicare eligible adults and their caretakers. SHINE counselors are available at most Senior Centers. A list is available below.
