What is 811 Project Rental Assistance (811 PRA)?

- 811 PRA provides funding to state housing agencies who work with Medicaid and/or heath and human service agencies who refer extremely low-income people with disablities who need rental assistance
- Allocate rental assistance to selected housing units in affordable housing projects

Tenant Eligibility:
- Eligible for MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth
- Have a gross household income of no more than 30% of the Area Median Income (detailed income limits may be found on HUD’s website. Worcester County: Summary for Worcester city, Massachusetts
- Must be eligible for community-based, long-term services
